WHEN DOES IMPACT WEEK MONAT GEAR GO ON SALE?

IMPACT Week registrants will have early access to the exclusive MONAT Gear collection beginning September 9, 2020 at 9 am EDT.

WHO CAN PURCHASE MONAT GEAR DURING IMPACT WEEK?

Registrants with valid IMPACT Week credentials can access the exclusive MONAT Gear through the event hub.

DOES THE MONAT GEAR PURCHASE DURING IMPACT WEEK INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Customers in the USA receive Free Shipping on all orders of $39 USD or more. International Customers receive Free Shipping on all orders of $250 USD or more.

WILL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT FEES AND TAXES FOR THEIR MONAT GEAR PURCHASE?

The customer is responsible for the payment of all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by the country of residence upon receipt of package. All orders are charged in US Dollars. The customer is responsible for the exchange rate.

HOW CAN A CUSTOMER PLACE AN ORDER FOR MONAT GEAR DURING IMPACT WEEK?

All registered customers of IMPACT Week will receive a “Push Notification” from the IMPACT Week Application and an email letting them know that they can purchase MONAT Gear. They must then follow the below steps to successfully complete their order:

  • Click on the MONAT Gear icon in the IMPACT Week App and/or click on the MONAT Gear button available on the Event Hub.
  • Add your MONAT Gear to your cart.
  • Enter your shipping and billing information.
  • Review your order summary.

WHAT IF A CUSTOMER HAS ISSUES COMPLETING THEIR MONAT GEAR ORDER?

WHY IS THIS EXCLUSIVE MONAT GEAR NOT OFFERED ON THE MAIN MONAT GEAR WEBSITE FOR THE PUBLIC?

Early access to shop the limited-edition MONAT Gear collection is solely for IMPACT Week registrants. This is an exclusive perk for attendees.

WILL THE MONAT GEAR OFFERED DURING IMPACT WEEK EVENTUALLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE MAIN MONAT GEAR WEBSITE?

The limited-edition MONAT Gear collection will be offered only while supplies last.

CAN A CUSTOMER CHANGE A MONAT GEAR ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

No. Changes cannot be made to an order once it is submitted. MONAT Gear does not accept exchanges. If a customer needs a replacement, alternate size or item, please purchase the new item and complete a free return. For more information visit the shipping and returns page on monatgear.com.

WILL THE CUSTOMER RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND SHIPMENT EMAIL WITH THEIR MONAT GEAR ORDER FROM IMPACT WEEK?

Yes. A customer can expect to receive order confirmation within 24 hours (or sooner) from the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL MONAT SHIP MONAT GEAR ORDERS PURCHASED DURING IMPACT WEEK?

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, and high volume of orders, shipments may take up to two weeks.

Q: WHAT DOES “ORDER STATUS IS "UNFULFILLED" MEAN? WHEN WILL A CUSTOMER BE ABLE TO SEE SOME UPDATES?

An "UNFULFILLED" status means the order has not been picked, packed, or shipped. The customer will be notified via email with tracking information once a label has been created in our system.

THE ORDER STATUS SAYS "FULFILLED." DOES THAT MEAN THE ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

A "FULFILLED" status means your order had shipped. A customer can track the shipment to view the delivery status. 

WHAT DOES “PARTIAL” ORDER STATUS MEAN?

A "PARTIAL" order status means part of the order has shipped, but other order items are still waiting to ship.
